Summer Tour Dates Announced: The first batch of dates for my
upcoimng U.S. tour opening for Michael Schenker are up on
the Shows Page.
Whammy Bar Mojo: Version 2.0 is being replicated and should
be ready for consumption in approximately 1 week.

JEMstock:On May 19 in Cotati, CA Ibanez and Zone
Music will presenting this amazing event. comemorating the 20th
anniversary of the JEM. Mr. Vai himself will be on hand, and I will
be playing a couple of sets and doing a guitar clinic.

1.30.07 Update
Break Forth: A special thanks to all the amazing
people I had a chance to meet, work, and talk with. God Bless
Whammy Bar Mojo: I have the test DVD for Whammy
Bar Mojo, which means in the next days I will be able to finally
offer a hard release date. Thanks to all for their interest and
patience. It is a VERY extensive disc, and we worked so hard to
get this done sooner, but you can never sacrifice quality for speed
U.S. Ibanez Clinic Dates: I will be appearing at Spitzer
Music in Concord and Fresno in March. Dates TBA
Ibanez Jem Event: I don't know all the details yet, but
there is a JEM event being planned for May 19, and I've been asked
by my great friends at Ibanez to be a part of this. More soon
Italian Ibanez Clinic Tour: I will be back in Italy in late
May for a multi-date clinic tour to support Ibanez, the Whammy Bar
Mojo DVD, and Nu Instrumetal
Slovakia Clinic and Show: It looks like I will be in Slovakia
in late May to take part in their Guitar Fest. I'm very excited
about this and will have a confirmed date shortly

First of al Happy New Year!!!
Whammy Bar Mojo - I have been working furiously to finish
Whammy Bar Mojo, the second title in my Guitar 411 DVD series. We
should actually finish all the edits and proofing today, and then
we will assemble the DVD. There is over 2 hours of content on this
DVD, and I have been increasingly involved in the production process
which is really cool
Ibanez Clinics - I am slated to do a series of clinics in
California and Seattle for Ibanez in the month of May. I'll have
the dates in the next month or so and will post them on the shows
page

Ibanez Day in Milan - My dear friend Stefano
is setting up a really cool Ibanez event in Milan that will feature
myself as well as several other key endorsers. More soon
7.29.06 Update:
Come check out the band Wednesday, August 9 at the Baked Potato
in Los Angeles. Joinings Steve, Matthias and myself will be Dave
Felice on bass. Also on the bill with be L.A.'s own Adrian Galysh!
6.14.06 Update:
Back at home: Hello friends! Finally back at
home after a great tour across Europe opening for Gilby Clarke.
I met a lot of great people, several of whom weer kind enough to
send me photos they shot, which will end up on the site soon.
Playing
with Uli Jon Roth: Immediately after I got back from
Europe I went to L.A., where I had the amazing experience of doing
3 nights of concerts with Uli Jon Roth and his Sky Academy. This
event was totally amazing. Uli, is a living legend, brilliant musician,
and an exceptionally great guy. Other guitarists and musicians on
the bill included Robby Kreiger from the Doors, David Paich from
Toto (we played together on Lighter Shade of Pale), Don Dokken,
Warren DeMartini (Ratt), Chris Impelliteri, Graham Bonnet (Alcatrazz),
Stuart Smith (Heaven and Earth), OHM , and L.A. fave Adrian Galysh
Upcoming L.A. show: Speaking of Adrian
Galysh , we will be doing a show together in L.A.in August
at the infamous Baked Potato - the date will be posted shortly!
Performing with me will be Matthias on Drums (Check
out his COOL site), Steve Sarina on rhythm guitar, and
I am waiting for a word as to who will be playing bass as Uriah
Duffy is on tour with Whitesnake!
Whammy Bar Mojo DVD: In the coming weeks we will be wrapping
up the Whammy Bar Mojo DVD, which has been a lot of fun.

Summer NAMM 2005
I was fortunate enough to be asked by my friends at M-Audio to demo
their Black Box at the Indianapolis NAMM show. It is an amazing
piece of gear, and over the past months I have been working with
them developing some of the sounds found on http://www.blackboxtoneroom.com
- the web site where Black Box users can exchange sounds. Each of
the presets I developed has a corresponding MP3, so you can hear
how amazing this box is!

Yes, the rumors are true - we have been added to the bill for
the G3 show at the Chronicle Pavillion on October 17 with
Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, and Yngwie Malmsteen. We wil be
playing on the side stage by the upper entrace, and will be going
on at 6:00.
Also in the news, we have been added to the soundtrack for The
Hillz, starring socialite Paris Hilton. Clips from the
movie have already been played on VH1, along with coverage on Access
Hollywood and Entertainment Tonight.
On Sunday, October 5 we were once again joined on stage by the
infamous Richie Kotzen, Also checking the band out was Mick
Jagger guitarist Stevie Salas - you never know who is gonna
pop in at the Cat Club on Sunset Strip.
Last but not least, Billy Sheehan has added his amazing bass playing
to the song Bring It On, on the upcoming release of Nu Instrumetal.
You can also look for the aforementioned bonus track from Stu Hamm
that dates back to the Doppler | Hamm | Anur Sessions.

We are proud to announce the addition of guitarist Ira Black and
and bassist Uriah Duffy to our lineup. Speaking of which, we have
a pair of shows coming, and hope that you will be able to join us.
Saturday September 20 at the Voodoo Lounge in S.F., and Sunday September
21 at the Cat Club in L.A.. There are also a number of other things
in the works including a possible US tour and a guest slot on a
very important show that I cannot as of yet name. Also of note is
going to be the addition of Billy Sheehan to our disc. And yes,
for those of you who do not know, we are sitting on a completed
disc looking for the "right" label. We are going to have
Billy recut my bass track for "Bring It On". Hopefully
this will happen before he goes out on the G3 Tour, otherwise it
will have to wait until he comes back in November. More soon...

We will be playing another L.A. show, this time Sunday August
17th at the Cat Club on Sunset Strip. Sitting in will be guitarist
extraordinaire, Richie Kotzen. We go on at 9:00.

OK. It is official. We are doing a seminar at Musician's Institute
in Hollywood Monday, August 11th. Joining us will be Stu
Hamm on bass. Stu starts off with a BASS clinic at 3:30 and we start
our seminar at 5:30. The focus of the seminar will be the making
of Nu Instrumetal. Atma, Stu, Steve and I will be joined by: John
Cuniberti (Producer/Engineer for Joe Satriani); Peter Karr (Co-Producer/Engineer
for Nu Instrumetal); Gary Brawer (Guitar Tech for Satch, Kirk Hammet,
Ketih Richards, and DD); Peter Swiadon (Guitar Products Manager
for BOSS/Roland US); and DJ Billy Steel from 107.7 The BONE. This
show will be open to the public and will be a really eductional
experience enhanced by the input of the some of the members of the
brillaint team with whom I was fortunate enough to work on this
disc. For this event we will also be pressing a special 2 song disc
that will include a song we cut with Stu that is going to appear
on Nu Instrumetal as a bonus track, as well as the track Fat Lip,
a loop of which greets you at this site. The price of the disc will
be the price of admission - FREE. Hope to see you there!!!
BTW, it is now official that in my work for DiMarzio
Pickups, my first artist signing is Brad Delson from Linkin
Park. Look for ads in upcomng issues of the various guitar magazines.

Sausalito to master Nu Instrumetal with Producer/Engineer extraordinaire
John Cuniberti.
Tomorrow the disc will be off to L.A. to the as of now undisclosed
label with whom we have been talking...

After a long and mostly sleepless ride to LA the band remixed
Bumpin' Grind with Producer/Engineer Pete Karr and returned that
night back to the Bay Area...

Friday June 6, 2003 the band did its first show - LIVE on the air
with DJ Billy Steel and San Francisco's own 107.7 the BONE. This
upcoming week we will be heading to LA to remix one final song and
then we will be mastering at The Plant in Sausaltio with John Cuniberti
(producer of numerous Joe Satriani discs, and expert mastering engineer).
We are currently in the early stages of negotiations with an undisclosed
